Fitting charges for carpets and vinyls

I have created a pricing structure on here so that you can easily work out how much the total fitting cost will be on an average room. If you are unsure about this please contact me and I will work this out for you.
I have based this on square metres as it is much easier to calculate than square yards.
Basically I charge 2.50 per sq mtr to fit a carpet, and 3.50 per sq mtr to fit vinyl, but I do have in place a minimum fitting charge of 35.00. Below is an example:-
Carpets at 2.50 sq mtr
4 metre's x 4 metre's = 40.00
4 metre's x 5 metre's = 50.00
4 metre's x 6 metre's = 60.00
Vinyl's at 3.50 sq mtr
4 metre's x 3 metre's = 42.00
4 metre's x 4 metre's = 56.00
4 metre's x 5 metre's = 70.00
4 metre's x 6 metre's = 84.00
If you needed a carpet fitted on to a hall, stairs and landing I have a surcharge of 15.00.
